Q: How long does an interactive remote fitting take?
A: Usually 10-15 minutes.

Q: What if I have a pair of jeans that fit me well but not perfectly?
A: No problem.  We'll ask you some questions to confirm your fit.

Q: Do I have to wear a pair of jeans?
A: Preferably, yes, but any type of pant will do.

Q: Is it OK if my jeans have a high stretch content?
A: Preferably jeans should have no more than 1% elastic material.

DIY

Q: What if I don't have a tailor's measuring tape?
A: Any accurate measuring device that's long enough will work, including a measuring tape from the toolbox or yardstick.

Q: How should I handle the fabric when taking measurements?
A: Smooth the fabric to remove any creasing and gently press down when taking measurements. Be sure not to pull across on the fabric. 

Q: I'm not sure my measurement is correct?
A: Round up, or crosscheck your measurement against a second pair.

Q: For the thigh width and inseam measure, where is the crotch point? 
A: Along the inseam at the midpoint between the two top stitches of the front or rear rise.
